Custom architectural construction is offered for residential and light commercial projects. Bring your designs, or work through the design of a standout piece for the interior or exterior of a house or building.

Modelled before it is cut

For every project a digitally rendered 3D model is produced, so you can see exactly what the final product will look like and how it fits into the overall look of the house. Precision CNC technology with tolerances within thousandths then fabricates the component to the exact specification.

How it arrives

Finished parts and assemblies ship or are delivered right to the job site, ready for assembly or already reassembled for immediate installation. The entire assembly can often be wired, have windows installed, and have the exterior trimmed, sided, insulated and drywalled before installation.

Built to last

The cutting and engineering process is similar to torsion box and airplane wing engineering. That model gives a lighter assembly and a higher strength-to-weight ratio, and it allows less material to build a very strong structure. The material is fully engineered, composed of fast-growing stock that reduces the environmental footprint and allows greater insulation with less thermal break area.

From eyebrow dormers, turrets and bell towers to arches, range hoods and curved roofs. The project index records sixteen completed custom jobs between 2012 and 2016.
